Radio Show #331: Conscious Leadership and how to create healthy and thriving organisations, through a more conscious approach

27 January 2020 |5:30 pm - 6:00 pm GMT

Special Guest: Natasha Wallace, Author of The Conscious Effect

Natasha Wallace will be speaking to us about Conscious Leadership and how a more conscious approach to work will help us all to focus on the work that matters most, while taking care of our fundamental human needs – the needs that keep us energised and thriving regardless of what life throws at us.

We’re facing an unprecedented time of change and uncertainty and staying in balance is tough. And if you’re a leader, how are you supposed to keep your team performing well and engaged when you’re struggling to stay on top of things yourself? This age of chaos and information overload is leading to many of us walking around on automatic pilot at best and suffering with mental health issues at worst.

We don’t know how to take care of ourselves in this new environment, and it’s not just affecting the performance of our teams and organizations – it’s affecting your performance too.

We need a new leadership approach for the modern world of work and it’s more human. We need to understand how to take better care of ourselves and the people we lead. To do that, we need to become more conscious, of ourselves and of others. It’s about doing ‘human’ better. And it’s the only way we’re going to survive and thrive in this new era of digital overload, uncertainty and opportunity.

Join us as we discuss Conscious Leadership and how to create healthy and thriving organisations through a more conscious approach
