Tootoot has recently been recommended and evaluated by the Department for Education and UK Government.

Stribe, headquartered in Manchester’s Technology centre on Oxford Rd, is working with the GM Good Employment Charter and is directly funded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Stribe supports organisations of all shapes and sizes across the private and public sector and Stribe’s customers include; Wigan Council, Jackson Lees Group, Newcastle United, Bolton Council, Wigan & Leigh College, and StreetGames, to name but just a few.

Michael is on a mission to make organisations happier and safe places with Stribe’s award-winning team.

We know that Employee Voice is one of the proven four enablers of successful and sustainable employee engagement. Looking back over the last 18 months it has perhaps become increasingly important, as businesses have had to adapt to a very difficult working environment, with workforces split between office, remote and hybrid working. Maintaining connection with employees has probably never been harder, putting a real strain on growing and cultivating a company’s culture and staying in contact authentically with the hopes and fears of all those employees.

The traditional approach to annual engagement surveys, backed up by shorter quarterly or six-monthly pulse surveys, whilst useful, has found it difficult to keep on top of this ever-changing landscape, and with employees distributed far and wide, many will have fallen through the cracks and been left feeling isolated and undervalued. So, is there a better way?

Join us as we discuss the future of employee engagement and specifically how technology can help maintain and grow the connection between company and employee.
