call for tag members
Our Diversity & Inclusion Thought & Action Group is currently looking for new members.
The Diversity and Inclusion TAG formed in 2015 and has been on hiatus since 2019.
There is a wealth of evidence to show the strong correlation between employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and this TAG was created to explore in detail key diversity related themes and diversity dilemmas which included:
- sharing of good practice;
- using diversity as a story telling concept;
- advocating inclusive work practices;
- appraising current research.
The TAG held its first conference in September 2016 and in the period following that event made available on the EFS website many examples of good practice.
