The LEAD Programme – Lancaster University 

LEAD is a leadership development programme, designed for SME leaders and owners.  Its aim is to support this important sector of the UK economy with a training intervention and it is claiming to be having some great results in improving business performance through enhanced leadership competence and employee engagement.  Read about  how Lancaster University have designed the format so as to satisfy a full range of learning styles and how business results of participants have improved following the programme.  Shortly, video links will be available to hear comments from the participants and their colleagues about the difference that LEAD has made to them.
