Guest: Michelle Pascoe: Founder and CEO of Optimum Operating Procedures and Services
Michelle Pascoe grew up on a Turkey farm in Australia and was educated at a bush school with one room, one teacher, and 10 students.
However, nothing has kept Michelle from achieving the best and building one of Australia’s most respected training and research businesses, Optimum Operating Procedures and Services (OOPS).
Michelle is excited to share with you;
- Her personal lessons in leadership after 30 years in business.
- The expectations and attitudes of each key demographic in the workplace – their values, communication style, work preferences, and motivations.
- How to equip teams with the skills and insights needed to unite a multigenerational team and create an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates generational diversity.
- How to unlock the strengths and potential of a multi-generational team and how to leverage the unique attributes of each generation for enhanced productivity in the workplace.
Just as a turkey uses a distinctive “beep” to communicate effectively within a flock, communication within your multigenerational team needs to be clear, straightforward and meaningful to create memorable customer experiences”. Over the past 3 decades, Michelle has had the privilege of training teams from 18 – 82 years old and now that there are 4 generations in the workplace and 6 generations of customers the dynamic in how she creates memorable experiences and develop the leaders in her team to connect and communicate with their frontline team is critical for business success and growth.
