Inji is an energetic and solutions driven senior HR Professional, with a track record in delivering business results through a creative and inspiring people agenda. She has held a number of senior HR roles in industry. Recently Inji has been the Group HR Director of the CPPGroup Plc, overseeing a period of business transformation across 16 countries. This resulted in CPP being awarded “Ones to Watch” status in the 2012 Best Companies Survey, despite the most adverse and turbulent year in the Company’s history. She is currently the Group People Director for Benenden, the UK’s most trusted healthcare provider.
Inji is passionate about how high performing companies operate and the link between culture, leadership, customer experience and commercial success.
Since she has an unusual level of interest in employment law, she has also been a member of the Employment Tribunal Service since 2010.
