Daniel Murphy is an Associate Director at EY. Daniel has been with EY for 15 years, across a variety of HR functions: Shared Services, HR Generalist, Global Mobility and more recently, as a member of the Talent Executive (global Talent team) working on strategic programmes to make the EY experience an exceptional one for everyone. This includes designing global change programmes such as Onboarding new hires and EY’s Global People Survey for the last 6 years.
EY is the most globally integrated of all the professional services organisations. Daniel will share his experience how they measure and drive engagement at EY, including leveraging insights to not only continue to make the case for the impact people at EY’s experience has on their business success, but also where they can focus to make it even better.
