We interview Arnaud Henneville, co-founder of Challengera & Chantal Rafflin, global HRD at DGS (Detection & Guidance Solutions) – a global business unit of GE Healthcare.
After 10+ years as management consultants specialising in change-management, Arnaud and his co-founder spotted two problems that were both present in almost all companies. On the one hand, 90% of strategies fail due to poor execution. On the other hand, 87% of the global workforce is not fully engaged in their work. Together with Chantal Rafflin, we will discuss this global problem and the solution applied by DGS. DGS, worked together with Challengera and its customizable cloud-based social platform to engage 1600+ globally spread employees on the culture by putting the DGS’s core values in practise in a cost effective, business-connected yet fun and social way.
