The Healthcare Thought and Action Group was created to share best practice around Employee Engagement within the UK Healthcare sector and identify ways to enhance this further.
The TAG was formed in January 2017 and was co-chaired by Sandy Wilkie, Staff Engagement Lead, Bolton NHS FT and Juliette Alban-Metcalfe, Chief Executive, Real World Group.

The TAG was initially based in the North of England but is open to volunteers from across the country.
