What One Change Would You Make to Improve Employee Engagement?

We don’t know about you, but we’re still buzzing from our People at the Heart of Business conference. To build on the momentum and enthusiasm from the day, we asked our keynote speakers to send us a short video clip which outlines just one change each of them would make in our workplaces to improve engagement.

Over the coming weeks and months, we will be uploading these onto the website where you’ll be able to watch and gain inspiration.

Matthew Taylor

“Representation and rights to information and consultation is the bedrock for engagement”

Francis Goss

“1 in 5 employees have lost sleep worrying about money”

Dame Carol Black

“Why do we think [managers] will naturally be capable of managing people?”

Neil Carberry

“Listening and talking to our staff more will be transformational”

David MacLeod

“I would ban the term ‘human resources'”

Peter Cheese

“The glue of the organisation is the managers”

Faran Johnson

“Allow employee and workforce voices to truly shine through”
