Engage for Success Yorkshire and the Humber got 2024 off to a flying start with an online event exploring how to take your employees on your sustainability journey.
Area Network Ambassador Yorkshire and the Humber and employee engagement expert, Michelle Mook from Pro-Development, was joined by John Rastrick, CEO of net zero consultancy Flotilla, to discuss their thoughts and experiences on this topic.
They covered areas including the importance and benefits of having a sustainability strategy, what can get in the way of achieving it, when and how should you get your team involved in your sustainability journey, and what best practice looks like. Attendees also shared some fantastic ideas and experiences.
