how we Are organised
Thought and Action Groups (TAGs) refer to groups of contributors who either meet in a geographic location, or who come together from across all countries/regions to focus on a specific topic or sector.
The aims of the topic and sector TAGs is to further debate, form conclusions, develop resources and tools and promote action on a variety of aspects of employee engagement.
Area Network groups work together to raise the profile of employee engagement and share effective employee engagement practices, whilst raising awareness of Engage for Success, and its work.
The steering group provides governance, advocacy and thought leadership to the topic and sector TAGs.
Open to new volunteers and contributors who would like to make a difference.
Consists of volunteers in the movement’s four Hubs as well as the Strategy Directors and the Chair of the TAGs Steering Group.
Promotes EfS outputs and its narratives
Supports people on their journeys with the movement
Connects the Thought & Action Groups to the Core Team
Forms links and relationships with relevant organisations
