Dr Tracey Leghorn holds the Board position of Chief HR and H&S Officer with SUEZ recycling and recovery UK. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Tracey has enjoyed a successful 20+ year career in HR roles and as a senior consultant with PwC, which span a range of businesses in healthcare, technology, foodservices, pharmaceuticals, banking and currently waste and resources.
Tracey is an advocate for gender equality and all aspects of inclusion. Her passion to improve the lives, position and opportunities of women, in and outside of the workplace, is informed by her research in this area which has earned her a doctorate from the University of Leicester and more recently a place on the Waste and Resources Sector ‘Hot 100’ key industry influencers list for 2020.
