Special Guest: Mark Herschberg: Author of ‘The Career Toolkit’

Mark Herschberg is the author of *The Career Toolkit, Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You*. From tracking criminals and terrorists on the dark web to creating marketplaces and new authentication systems, Mark has spent his career launching and developing new ventures at startups and Fortune 500s and in academia. At Harvard Business School, he helped create a platform used to teach finance at prominent business schools. Twenty years ago at MIT, he helped launch the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, dubbed MIT’s “career success accelerator,” where he teaches annually.

In this episode, he’ll be speaking with us about what these skills are and how companies can employ the techniques used at MIT to train their employees. It will let you create a triple benefit of upskilling employees’ individual skill sets, creating a common framework and language across the organization, and increasing employee engagement.

Join us as we discuss how companies can employ the techniques used at MIT to train their employees.
