Karlynn’s career started with a mouse more than 25 years ago.
Her experience began in Entertainment at Disneyland and has continued in a variety of communications and marketing leadership roles at Disney Parks and Disney/ABC, television. Karlynn has a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from California State University Fullerton, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. Her life’s mission to help leaders find their purpose and passion to serve others inspired her to become a John Maxwell Team Certified coach, teacher and trainer. Her job has taken her from California to assignments all over the world including Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai and Hawaii. She’s currently living in Orlando, Florida with her husband Todd and two cats, Maui and Mojo.
