Emma is a passionate, experienced and proactive employee engagement and marketing professional. Having established herself as a globally recognised public speaker and communications expert, she is creative, diligent and a natural leader and has run teams, directed strategic employee engagement plans, and is also a keen and talented copy writer and Creative Director.
With multiple channel skills, she brings a unique blend of both internal and external communication perspectives across a global remit. Known for her loyalty, dedication and enthusiasm, she is also proud to work autonomously and take on high levels of responsibility. Emma is a strong relationship builder with multi-functional teams across the globe, as well as a confident leader and facilitator of meetings and presentations with Exec Board members. More recently, she has taken on the world of Benefits and Recognition for Moto’s 5000 colleagues.
