Christina leads Deliveroo’s Gender Equity Employee Resource Group alongside her role as Head Of Global Rider Experience. In her ERG role, Christina spearheaded the first woman-focused mentoring scheme, as well as introducing accelerate, Deliveroo’s programme for high potential women. Christina leads a team of 10 ERG members, focusing on gender equity at Deliveroo.
