The purpose of the “Managing For Sustainable Employee Engagement – Developing A Behavioural Framework” was to develop a framework of the competencies needed for managing for sustainable employee engagement. This was achieved by combining two previously developed management competency frameworks, one for enhancing employee engagement and another for preventing and reducing stress at work (MCPARS).
