This event focused on one of the four Engage for Success enablers, the Employee Voice: What are the best organisations doing?
Nita Clarke sets the scene, introducing us to the topic.
Amber Kelly explains the four Enablers: – Strategic Narrative; Engaging Managers; Employee Voice; and Integrity.
David Macleod interviews Joe Wiggins, International Director of Communications at Glassdoor, about the power of the employee voice and the best places to work.
There follows a panel conversation, led by Andy Goram about what it really means to listen to your people, what can get in the way, and the impact it has on your organisation.
Panel guests include Clive Smart and Caroline Cuthbertson from Sky Betting & Gaming, Rebecca Jeffs from Serco, and Sean Leahy from the NHS Essex Partnership University Trust.
This event was hosted by Sarah Pass, EFS East Midlands Area Network, and Nottingham Trent University. ‘The future is ours to be seized!’ asserted David MacLeod. It’s time to get involved as an Engage for Success volunteer, advocate, or pledger! #EFS10YearsOn.
