A record number of delegates enjoyed our online event looking at the first enabler of engagement – how visible, empowering leaders and a strong strategic narrative are the key to employee engagement. If you missed it you can catch up with the full 2 hour recording here
Our EFS Partnerships Hub volunteers brought together leading experts in the field to dive into the 1st Enabler of Employee Engagement – “Visible, empowering leadership providing a strong strategic narrative about the organisation, where it’s come from and where it’s going” – with exclusive insights and contributions from David and Nita throughout.
An inspiring keynote from Peter Cheese, CIPD CEO and Board Chair of Engage for Success set the scene, followed by a really lively “In conversation” between three expert practitioners who shared their expertise, experiences, and insider tips on harnessing the power of storytelling to fuel engagement:
- Charlotte Dahl, Woodreed Creative Planning Director, EFS volunteer and IoIC trainer
- David Manning, formerly at the BBC and now Senior Internal Communications Manager at Curry’s
- Sam Bleazard, Employer Brand Content Producer, Fortnum and Mason
The event closed with all our contributors back on screen for a Question Time addressing our audience’s burning questions of the day.
