East Midlands Area Network were pleased to host a session by Compassionate Cultures on the importance of compassion in the workplace.
The session explored why, now more than ever, we need compassionate leaders to build more compassionate cultures, sharing what Compassionate Cultures see as the core attributes to a compassionate culture and providing insights from their research in to what they describe as the ‘Compassion Gap’.
