A warm welcome to ‘Engage for South West’. Our TAG (running since 2011) comprises a small band of volunteers – full-time employees and freelancers – who all share a passion for employee engagement. We love our region and have a vision to make the South West the UK’s best place in which to work. To achieve this we’re on a mission to raise the profile of employee engagement by enabling more organisations to learn how to do it well and inspire those doing it well to do it even better.
We’re pleased to have organised many inspiring events over the years. They’ve enabled many organisations to learn and share best practice from leading practitioners and each other. In June 2019 we even staged a conference in Bristol ‘Unlocking Performance through employee engagement’. It was attended by over 150 people and hailed a great success.
And we’ve not let the coronavirus break our stride or bind us to one place. By embracing the opportunities of live online conferencing we’re delighted to be organising regular forums with guest speakers both regionally and in partnership with the Milton Keynes and London groups.
As ever we’d love to hear from you if you’d be interested in taking a more active role in our group as a volunteer, supporter, or even as a guest speaker.
