The go-to event for workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing
The annual MAD World Summit is back for its 5th successful year, in Central London, with another agenda-setting programme. MAD stands for Make A Difference. Wherever you are on the workplace wellbeing journey, the agenda for this year’s event has been designed to bring together employers from a range of sectors, in-person – to take stock, cut through the noise and define the best way forward for a new era of workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing.
Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace are more critical than ever before. In just two years, we’ve experienced a decade of change in the world of work. Burnout is ubiquitous, uncertainty persists and now the cost-of-living crisis is biting.
What’s new at this year’s MAD World Summit?
Whilst the pandemic boosted interest in mental health and wellbeing, it’s also taken workplace wellbeing to a new level of maturity. Employers are increasingly recognising that in order to have real impact a different approach is needed. At the 5th annual MAD World Summit, we’ll be helping employers to step-up with:
Pioneering keynotes – inspiring and empowering everyone who’s driving this agenda within their workplace. Not just with the economic case but also with the imperative cultural shift that’s needed to make a difference.
