Following the newly legislated law on flexible working, ACAS has updated the Code of Practice on handling requests for flexible working coming into effect from April 2024.
The code of practice will help support employers and line mangers with the changes, and covers working from home and hybrid working, making flexible working requests, responding to a flexible working request, and flexible working policy templates.
