Our ‘Virtual Content Team’!
We are a small team of volunteers who’re interested in spreading the word about employee engagement… and we’re always looking for new recruits!
The aims of the Virtual Content Team
- Amplify the Engage for Success message through all of our channels
- Curate relevant news, articles and videos published by other organisations
- Expand the content currently on our website
We’d love to hear from anyone who’d like to contribute, whether you’re a communication/marketing professional or would like to develop your skills in this area. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about digital communication, explore the latest insights into engagement and get connected with key influencers.
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert – we’re all constantly learning in this profession! As long as you’re passionate and want to be involved, you’ll be welcome.
How you can get involved
While we have lots of things we’d love to get you involved with, these are the high priority items for us at the moment.
We’re looking for people to help with our Twitter and/or LinkedIn accounts. This could mean writing new tweets, responding to comments and questions or finding new accounts to follow. Alternatively, you or your team could do a ‘Twitter Takeover’. This will involve taking control of our Twitter feed for a set period of time (week/month/quarter).
Engagement ‘Eyes and Ears’
Do you come across engagement articles in the paper? Or hear employee engagement being talked about on the radio? EFS is a very small Core Team and we can’t be watching and listening all the time (as much as we’d love to!). So, we really rely on our volunteers letting us know when there’s something happening out there that we should know about! Could you be our eyes and ears?
Interviewing Engagement Experts
We’re looking for writers to create new blogs/articles by interviewing engagement experts from across a wide range of sectors and industries across the UK.
Writing Blog Posts
If you are interested in writing content to go on our blog, here is our content guide.
Get in touch!
If you’d like to volunteer for any of these opportunities, or think of something else that could help us, please get in touch with us by email email@example.com. I look forward to hearing from you!
When we first started the movement we had a group of volunteers get together to create and curate content for our first website iteration. Here’s more about how that happened.
