A New Team Diagnostic Tool Is Here To Improve Engagement in Your Workplaces

By Binu Jacob

Engage for Success (EfS) recently developed and introduced a one-of-a-kind Online Team Engagement Diagnostic.

This innovative tool is available free-of-charge, and will help organisations across the country assess their teams’ engagement and motivation levels as they navigate the new post-lock down world.

Developed in partnership with SurveyLab (Dan Wardle), Hult-Ashridge (Dr. Amy Bradley) and Stillae Ltd. (James Court-Smith), the diagnostic tool is the result of one of the largest and most unique pieces of research of its kind in the UK, called ‘Shades of Grey: An exploratory study of engagement in work teams’. Special thanks and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this massive project to life.

How it works

The tool assesses teams across four distinct zones of engagement based on their emotional climate and behaviours. It’s designed to help managers and leaders improve productivity and the overall business performance in the current environment.

How to get involved

As volunteers of the movement, we’d love for you to get involved, and spread the word about the diagnostic tool. Introducing it at your workplaces can help gauge the current engagement levels of teams within your organisations, and also improve their overall productivity and motivation.

For more information or queries about the tool, please email info@engageforsuccess.org.
