Can you help to build upon EFS’ position as a ground-breaking employee engagement movement?
At Engage For Success (EFS) our purpose is: Inspiring people and workplaces to thrive. To do that, we rely on the contributions of our enthusiastic volunteers. We are expanding our Thought and Action Group Steering Group (TAG SG) and are looking for four new members.
What’s the purpose of the TAG SG?
To help steer and co-ordinate the activities of TAGs, including thought leadership, producing reports and white papers, events etc. Just so you know, the existing EFS strategic outcomes are ‘the 3I’s’: Inspire/Influence/Impact and the three strategic themes defined by the EfS Board in November 2019 are: Health and Wellbeing/Good work/People Productivity.
What’s involved?
Attending meetings either virtually or in person once a month and contribute to activities such as partnering with TAGs, planning and running events, and contributing fresh and thought-provoking content. The time commitment can vary, as people are welcome to volunteer as much time as they like, but we would expect a minimum commitment of at least 4-5 hours per month.
Who can apply?
We’re seeking candidates who are established and experienced in the field of employee engagement. We don’t want to put a figure in terms of years, but we would expect applicants to have already displayed a commitment to furthering the industry and/or having led on major employee engagement initiatives. In short, you will have things to offer. We’re especially looking for candidates from the academic, private, public, not-for-profit and SME sectors as well as from representative bodies. As advocates for engagement, diversity and inclusion are at the core of what we do, and we are keen to receive candidate applications from all backgrounds.
