With a background in financial services consulting and strategic business development, Innes has worked in the UK and internationally for large corporates and start-ups. Having established his own consultancy in 2007, he went onto to work for EY both in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe where he established and managed diverse, cross-cultural teams.
