We recently realised that these slides were no longer on our website! They were produced as part of the original work that the Innovation SubGroup (as it was called at the time) did.
They offer some insight into how the four enablers of innovation map across to the four enablers of engagement, providing you with a tool to review and improve innovation in your organisation in conjunction with, and to improve, engagement.
