A Message from Area Network Ambassador, Anne Wilsdon
“There has never been a better time to engage your people. Engage for Success is a national employee engagement movement whose purpose is “inspiring people and workplaces to thrive” and I know there are some great examples of ongoing work around Northern Ireland to be proud of. There are numerous area network engagement communities active across the UK, and I’m keen to re-launch EFS in Northern Ireland.
As we are just starting out, there are opportunities to be involved from the beginning and to be instrumental in creating an Engage for Success community in Northern Ireland”
We are re-launching Engage for Success in Greater Belfast in 2020 with plans to meet 3 - 4 times a year and we want to involve you.
If you are keen to understand more about the benefits of good employee engagement or want to contribute and be part of an inspiring group of people who are looking at improving business performance through engaging people, then we would love to hear from you.
ABOUT OUR NETWORK:
The network is run by volunteers who are passionate about engagement and sharing the ideas of Northern Ireland’s engagement leaders.
Our intention is to:
- Provide you with opportunities to network with like-minded communities, learn from experts and those who lead in engagement both online and in-person
- Share best practice, practical tools and ideas that you can take action with back into the workplace
- Give you time to reflect on what inspires you to improve employee engagement in your workplace
