The Engagement Pledge is designed as a voluntary, company wide commitment made by leaders and managers to effectively engage with their staff. It’s a promise that leaders and managers will boost productivity and efficiency by enabling, engaging and releasing the potential of their employees.
By committing to the pledge, leaders and managers must reinforce their values and goals, focus on performance, and enable their employees to understand how they contribute to the overall success of the organisation. They agree to place even greater focus on engaging all their people, and recognise that it is only through their people that they will achieve their vision.
