Engage for Success Yorkshire and the Humber had another interesting session this month following the success of the previous session on standing out as an employer of choice.
Following the event, many people had expressed interest in exploring more about culture and values and how to bring these to life so we were delighted to be joined by Louise Demetriou who shared some insights around the importance of culture and values and their impact on employee engagement and then we heard from Chloe Owens, Head of HR for Azets Yorkshire who shared the work she had done to bring values to life and embed them through every aspect of working life to ensure everyone lived and breathed them.
It certainly provoked some great conversations and sharing of ideas amongst the attendees.
