It’s never been more important than now for employers take steps to tackle and reduce the work-related causes of stress, and support their staff in seeking help at the earliest opportunity if they begin to experience stress at work.
This year’s theme for International Stress Awareness Week (7 – 11 November) is ‘Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress’. And ACAS has a whole host of resources to help workplaces navigate and support positive mental health at work.
