Working with an external communication agency – this newly formed business from two established financial institutions needed to address change by increasing communication of its new identity and embed its value proposition to the workforce. An internal magazine was introduced with the objective of reinforcing the company values and engaging employees through the introduction of ‘employee stories’ to promote cross collaboration, the sharing of best practices, and increase communication of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility practices. Within a year, UKAR Ltd had already seen an 11 per cent improvement in the way they communicate internally.
