It goes beyond existing research that supports the concept that employee engagement is, amongst others, a critical driver of organisational productivity and looks at what are the actual components that comprise and influence employee engagement.
It highlights the research findings which include 8 key factors that influence employee passion (meaningful work, collaboration, fairness, autonomy, recognition, growth, connectedness with leader and connectedness with colleagues) and looks at the components of each of these factors.
